Round Gusseted Ornament Tutorial
Add a little pizzazz to basic round ornaments!
While I love flat ornaments, sometimes I have a piece that’s so special that it needs a little something extra. I love adding a gusset in these situations and it helps to elevate the design and brings that special extra touch to the piece. Gussets are also a great option for filling in sandwich type designs- think Oreo filling, cream cheese on a bagel, marshmallow on a s’more.
Recommended Prerequisite Courses
While the process of gusseted ornaments has more steps than regular round ornaments, no individual step is substantially more difficult. However, I would recommend familiarizing yourself with the topics below to ensure that you are set up for success.
